There are several elements which are designed to help our customers see value.
First, we have a helpdesk / quote management system. The helpdesk is designed so that we’re keeping an eye on how responsive we are to customer needs. There is alerting in place that reminds us to follow up with you automatically. It is accessible in the links bar at the top of each page.
Next, we have a project management area. This is designed to shepherd larger efforts through the design and approval process. It integrates git for subversion control of projects. It also prevents the co-mingling of customer project information while providing a common platform for sharing and managing knowledge. Within the project management area, customers are able to see project status and work. We can use this to approve documents, build out project frameworks rapidly by working from previous effort. Projects we work on together also have integrated email issue management.
Most of the site is running on open source software. There are nightly backups in place for all materials, and two factor authentication is available within the project platform.
